Cupcake : Martha Stewart

Cupcake resep dari websitenya Martha Stewart. Setelah selama ini bikin cupcake pake 6 telur, baru ini cupcake yang 4 telur. Coba ngurangin karena teksturnya bakal jadi lebih ringan, kayaknya lebih cocok buat cupcake.
Hiasan nya pake butter cream tapi sederhana aja. Alasannya sih biar lebih sehat ;P

Bikin dua versi : vanilla+choco chip dan mulberry. Mulberry nya dapet dari pohon tetangga (dikasih lho, ga nyolong. Huehehe)

Apple Pie

Apple pie with crunchy apple filling, spiced with nutmeg and cinnamon..


 
The picture above is the first try. It was to sour because I add lemon juice in the filling mixture that already sour from the apple (I used Granny Smith). So in the second try, I ommited the lemon juice.

Just wait for the third try, I will add raisins :)
